Protein NMR
Proven expertise in determining residues and epitopes defining ligand/substrate specificity using a combined strategy of HSQC titrations, paramagnetic surface protection assays and intermolecular NOEs.

Developing and marketing diagnostic kits for clinical in vitro applications.
Results from our NMR projects have led to the discovery of new analytical tools aimed at identifying certain molecules implicated in sustaining chronic inflammatory conditions like emphysema, rheumatoid arthritis, and abdominal aeortic aneurism.

Custom production of ¹⁵N/¹³C Proteins for NMR analysis
Expression, refolding and purification services.  Our protein production experts are 20+ year veterans in the field.

Kinetic analysis
Proteins characterized for binding and catalytic constants.  We have developed fast and accurate strategies to extract k_cat and K_m values for enzymes .  We also provide K_i and K_d analyses as well.

Recombinant protein production and vehicle formulation services
Our consultants will work on site.  We customize our insurance coverage to meet the needs of each company we serve.
